License Includes:

• Commercial usage for various UI templates and asset packs including, but not limited to, UI components, icon packs, and more.

• Full commercial usage rights for incorporating assets into your projects for clients.

• Applies to all content that is updated.

Terms and Conditions:

• Usage: This license allows for the use of assets in commercial projects and commissions. It does NOT permit reselling or redistributing the assets as standalone items.

• Proof of Purchase: Retain your unique license key provided upon purchase as proof of purchase.

• License Restrictions: You may not lend, rent, sublicense, sell, redistribute, disassemble, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, adapt, or merge the Materials.

When you purchase:

• You can use the assets in commissions; for example, in UIs, website design, gamepasses, etc.

• You cannot sell or distribute the assets alone, whether for your own personal profit or otherwise.

• You do not need to purchase this agreement if you are using the assets in your own game or project, or if your client owns the asset pack being used.

How It Works:

1. Purchase the License: Add the Commercial Use License to your cart and complete the purchase.

2. Receive Your License Key: A unique license key will be provided by Gumroad upon purchase. This key serves as proof of purchase.

3. Download the Assets: Purchase and acquire GFXComet assets and UI templates.

4. Start Creating: Use the assets in your commercial projects and commissions.
